dc.description.abstract[Excerpt] The issue at hand regarding The Science and Technology Campus being developed by Blue Heaven Technology Partners, LLC (BHTP) is how to deal with several problems that have arisen since the developer was awarded the exclusive right to negotiate the acquisition and development of the site. These problems significantly change the cost, profitability, and risk profile of the project and need to be analyzed carefully to determine the appropriate course of action. In addition, key questions need to be answered about the initial financing arrangement for the project and whether or not the arrangement was fair and equitable to all parties when it was first negotiated.
