# Data from: "Autonomous synthesis of metastable materials" To extract the file, untar with tar -zxvf *.tar.gz ## Microscopy Images The subdirectory `Bi2O3/Images` contains the microscopy images of 617 lg-LSA processed stripes in a bmp format. The filenames b+X_Y_+D_+T.bmp reflect the X = x-coordinates in mm on the substrate Y = y-coordinates in mm on the substrate D = dwell time in mus T = peak temperature in C ## Reflectance spectroscopy The subdirectory `Bi2O3/Reflectance` contains the reflectance data of 617 lg-LSA processed stripes in a csv format. Each file contains a header with the relevant meta data.
